Narcissistic Abuse Support Group & Resources

Welcome to the Narcissistic Abuse Support Group & Resources Page

Here you will find useful articles, tools, and exercises to help you navigate the world of social toxicity, whether it's in your personal or professional relationships. In recent years, more and more conversations are happening about the specific behavioral patterns we witness and, in the past, had no idea what they were. Narcissistic personality traits and behaviors are characterized by various features, all falling under the umbrella of self-centric behavior, where only one point of view matters—that of the narcissist—and others do not exist.

If you have witnessed and experienced on a continued basis

in relationships with people:

  • Being dismissed in a conversation: No matter what you say, it never lands and feels unheard, as if you are speaking to a wall.

  • Gaslighting: A form of psychological manipulation where the narcissist makes you doubt your reality and feelings.

  • Bullying: Intimidation, coercion, and abusive behavior to exert control.

  • Being sucked into unnecessary drama: Being sucked into conflicts and chaos keep you emotionally entangled.

  • Finding yourself defending, explaining, or feeling exhausted: Constantly justifying your actions or words, being accused of things you don’t do.

  • Pathological lying: Witnessing frequent and habitual lying that distorts reality.

  • Entitlement: Seeing the other act as if they deserve special treatment and are superior to others.

  • Lack of empathy: You feel unseen, misunderstood, and unheard.

  • Arrogance and grandiosity: Witnessing a person exhibit an inflated sense of self-importance and superiority.

  • Hypersensitivity to criticism: Noticing the other person reacting with rage or defensiveness to any perceived criticism.

  • Being treated coldly when you are sick: Them show disdain or lack of care when you are unwell.

Then you are here to get help.

We want to help you find confidence, power, voice of power, and peace in such unusual life circumstances.

The antidote to narcissism is multiperspectivity. Being able to see life from multiple angles is a form of god-like consciousness. In this essence, you become more aware, forgiving, patient, calm, stoic, bold, and confident in your authentic power. To be multiperspective is a progression from the level of narcissism, and we should all strive to reach this higher state of personal development.
