In the video below, I am teaching you two self-hypnosis techniques to help you become a permanent non-smoker. I teach these techniques to all of my smoking cessation clients.

  • A powerful substitution technique for a cigarette. Practice this simple self-hypnosis technique anytime you might have an urge for a cigarette. Do so for a few weeks and you will begin to lose the desire for smoking. This technique naturally helps you elicit a relaxation response and create calmness and ease. You do it 2-3 times a time. As many times a day as you wish.

  • A shortened Emotional Freedom Technique ( EFT) to help you relax and program yourself with an affirmation "I am now a non-smoker, smoking doesn't fit me anymore." This is a great self-hypnosis technique to begin to program your mind.

    With a sequenced movement of your hand over specific pressure points and a repetition of your affirmation, you create a natural state of hypnosis and receptivity to suggestion. It only takes 2-3 minutes for this simple and effective technique. Do it daily or a few weeks and especially if you feel anxious or stressed out.
